If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product along with the receipt.
We are happy to refund any items, as long as they’ve not been tampered with or opened.
Any postage cost that occurs can not be refunded.
If we have sent you a wrong product which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 30 day period. Perma Healthcare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch of the product/shipment.
